At Bubbles of Britain, all wine orders are fulfilled by our network of licensed retail partners, who serve as the legal sellers of record, except in states where we are permitted to ship directly (currently CT, DC, and FL). All wines are intended for personal enjoyment and may not be resold.
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders cannot be delivered to states, counties, or municipalities where the shipment of wine is prohibited by law. Shipping options, charges, and applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.
Because wine is a regulated product, an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. The carrier will request proof of age at the time of delivery, so we recommend shipping to a business address or a location where someone will be available to sign.
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order has been shipped by the licensed retailer.
During periods of extreme weather, we may hold shipments to protect the quality of the wine. If this occurs, we will contact you with updated delivery timing.
