    Fox & Fox “Apogee” 2019 — available exclusively in the U.S. through Bubbles of Britain — is a beautiful Pinot Gris–dominant blend with Chardonnay. Only 500 bottles were produced, each individually numbered by hand, making this an exceptionally rare release. Awarded 95pts by Wine Enthusiast.

    TASTING NOTE
    The wine opens with aromas of honeysuckle, spring blossom, candied lemon, ripe golden apple, and Bartlett pear, all lifted by a delicate sweetness reminiscent of fresh brioche.

    SERVING SUGGESTIONS
    Seafood, fried food, rich cheeses or a savory pastry would all be delightful with this wine.

    CORK DORK NOTES
    100% stainless steel. Aged on the lees for 36 months and has spent 2 years on the cork. No malolactic conversion.
