TASTING NOTE
Forget everything you expect from a Blanc de Noirs. This is bright, zingy, and effortlessly light, with a silky-smooth texture. Fresh pear leads, followed by the soft, toasty note of Parker House rolls just after they’ve come out of the oven and begun to cool: warm, but delicate. A faint hint of candied violet lingers on the finish. It’s lifted, elegant, and quietly addictive.
