TASTING NOTE
Fluffy brioche straight out of the oven, slathered with warm butter and a swipe of lemon curd. Then comes baked red apple, juicy pear, and just the tiniest hint of apricot. It’s zippy, it’s bright, and it still manages to wrap you up in a generous, silky-toasty finish that feels downright irresistible.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Wonderful with hard cheeses, smoked fish dips, crispy chicken, or lemon butter scallops.

CORK DORK NOTES
Primarily fermented in stainless steel with only 3% fermented in new oak barrels. 100% underwent through malolactic conversion. Aged on the lees for 36 months and on the cork for 2+ years.
