    Coolhurst Demi-Sec Rosé 2017 — available exclusively in the U.S. through Bubbles of Britain — is made from 100% Pinot Noir.

    TASTING NOTE
    A super elegant off-dry rosé filled with summer berry fruit, brioche and tangerine peel. The sweetness is so incredibly subtle,  balanced by a lovely zippy acidity that runs all the way through to a long and persistent finish. 

    SERVING SUGGESTION
    The perfect wine to accompany afternoon tea, Eton mess, strawberry short cake and desserts of all kinds. However, this dynamic wine is also incredibly well suited to pair with salty foods, cheeses and spicier foods. 

    CORK DORK NOTES
    100% stainless steel. Aged on its lees for 60 months and has spent 2+ years on the cork. No Malolactic Conversion (MLC). Assemblage rosé. 32g
