    Bluestone ‘Premier Rosé’ 2021 — available exclusively in the U.S. through Bubbles of Britain — is a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 27% Pinot Noir & 13% Pinot Meunier.

    Vegan Friendly.

    TASTING NOTE
    Aromas of sweet cherry, strawberry, and cream. Followed by white pepper and delicate toasted brioche.  Savory and spiced, with bright acidity and a clean finish.

    SERVING SUGGESTION
    Delicious alongside a varied cheeseboard, smoked or poached salmon, and herb-crusted rack of lamb.

    CORK DORK NOTES
    Primarily fermented in stainless steel with only 3% fermented in new oak barrels. 100% underwent through malolactic conversion. Aged on the lees for 22 months and on the cork for 2+ years.
