    TASTING NOTE
    Vibrant and juicy, this Pinot Noir pops with red cherry, crunchy cranberry, and rich blackberry bramble. Delicate notes of violet, fennel, and a hint of white pepper add subtle spice and floral intrigue. Bright, fresh, and lively, it’s a Pinot that’s full of character, yet effortless to enjoy.

    Perfect for seasonal game, braised lamb, duck, earthy mushroom dishes, or protein-rich bean dishes.

    CORK DORK NOTES
    Wine was fermented in stainless steel for 10 days with pump-overs twice a day to extract tannin, color and flavor. 100% underwent malolactic conversion, which was followed by light new oak contact for five months.
