From the same harvest as Artelium’s Pinot Noir 2023, this wine is the more serious sibling, shaped by increased new oak influence that brings added weight, structure, and depth. By contrast, the Pinot Noir 2023 offers a brighter, crunchier, and more immediately fresh expression, making each bottle distinct, compelling, and worth discovering.
Vegan Friendly.
TASTING NOTE
The nose is beautifully perfumed yet grounded, opening with cranberry, black cherry, and raspberry, layered with hints of dried fruit and delicate rose. Subtle notes of cedar and tobacco leaf add depth. On the palate, the wine feels lively and textured, with bright red fruit, refreshing acidity, and gently grippy tannins leading into a long, elegant finish touched with hazelnut.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Perfect for seasonal game, braised lamb, roast duck, earthy mushroom dishes, or a Sunday roast.
CORK DORK NOTES
Wine was fermented in stainless steel for 10 days with pump-overs twice a day to extract tannin, color and flavor. 100% underwent malolactic conversion and was aged for nine months in four new 500L barrels (75% French, 25% American), filtered and bottled, and rested a further nine months in bottle before release.
