    TASTING NOTE
    A precise and elegant still Rosé with floral aromas on the nose and juicy cranberry, fresh strawberries and cream on the palate; a quintessential expression of an English summer. Meunier led-blend, whole bunch pressed to extract delicate creamy texture.

    SERVING SUGGESTION
    Delicious on it’s own or with charcuterie, smoked salmon or a summer strawberry and spinach salad.

    CORK DORK NOTES
    Whole bunch pressed before being cold-settled for 36 hours. The juice was then racked and fermented in 100% stainless steel, then stabilized and filtered before bottling.
