    Bluestone Blanc de Noirs 2019 — available exclusively in the U.S. through Bubbles of Britain — is a blend of 51% Pinot Noir and 49% Pinot Meunier. Decanter 2025 Platinum Medal – 97pts.

    “Myriad apricot, peach, cherry skin and floral aromas bask in the soft, broad texture and supple mousse. Focused and vibrant with a tapering acidity and a tingling black tea element to close. Long and rewarding.” – Decanter

    SERVING SUGGESTION
    Wonderful with hard cheeses, charcuterie or umami rich dishes. 

    CORK DORK NOTES
    Primarily fermented in stainless steel with only 3% fermented in new oak barrels. 100% underwent through malolactic conversion. Aged on the lees for 36 months and on the cork for 2+ years.
