    The palate is bright and focused, layering zesty citrus over delicate pastry crust, with a fine sea-breeze salinity that gives the wine lift and poise from start to finish.

    SERVING SUGGESTION
    From fish and chips to Dover sole, this wine loves the sea. Additionally creamy soft cheeses would be heavenly with this wine.

    CORK DORK NOTES
    100% stainless steel. Aged on the lees for 60 months and has spent just under 3 years on the cork. No malolactic conversion.
