    The Grange ‘Classic’ 2016 (Late Disgorged) – Magnum —exclusively available in the U.S. through Bubbles of Britain—is a bright, Pinot-led rosé from Hampshire, a blend of 65% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir.

    Vegan Friendly.

    TASTING NOTE
    The smooth and creamy palate is reminiscent of delicately poached orchard fruits – apples, pears and quinces and ice-cream. A strong Chardonnay backbone of chalky acidity carries these flavors and leads to a long mineral finish.

    SERVING SUGGESTION
    Hard cheese, mushrooms on toast, scrambled eggs or pasta with creamy truffle sauce.

    CORK DORK NOTES
    14% had contact with old oak while the rest was in stainless steel. Aged on the lees for 76 months and has spent 2+ years on the cork. 36% went through malolactic conversion.
